How does the service work?
Simply sign up, schedule a pickup through our platform, and our professional team will collect your Amazon returns during your preferred time window. We handle the entire return process for you.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the greater Phoenix area including Phoenix, Chandler, Scottsdale, Tempe, and surrounding areas — and we're rapidly expanding to new locations.
Do I need to be home during pickup?
No. Leave your returns in a safe spot with any instructions, and we'll handle the rest securely. You'll get a confirmation the moment they're collected.
What if my return is damaged or lost?
All our drivers are background-checked, insured, and bonded. In the rare event of damage or loss, we work directly with you and Amazon to resolve it quickly.
Do I need a printer or a box?
Usually not. Choose Amazon's QR-code return option, upload the code to your dashboard, and hand us the item as-is. If a label is required, we can print it for you.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes — cancel any time. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
